Only three of the 104 watches on this page list an automatic movement: the Fossil Grant ME3054, the Fossil Grant ME3027 and the Titan Mechanical Slimline NT90159YM01, all men's-only listings. The other 101 split into 95 that state quartz and six that state no movement. This page covers every watch in the catalogue listed under ₹20,000, from any brand. Bands are cumulative, so an Under N page also shows cheaper watches: the 90 from the Under ₹10,000 page are included, along with 11 from the Under ₹15,000 tier (Titan 8, Fossil 2, Casio 1), so only three sit strictly inside this band (Fossil 2, Titan 1). That makes 104 watches from seven brands in all. Strap, case size and water resistance are where they differ. SAT earns a commission if you buy through its Amazon links.

Who this page is for

Three kinds of reader tend to land on this page. One has already read the Under ₹10,000 page and only wants what has been added since: three watches strictly in this band, plus 11 from the Under ₹15,000 tier. Another has chosen a brand and wants a short list, which suits Michael Kors (one watch), Casio (four) or Sonata (six). The third is comparing across all seven brands and needs the full 104, where Titan alone has 65.

Men and women

Calendar features split sharply by label. Of the 65 men's-only watches, 24 list a date or a day-date (14 day-date, 10 date). Of the 33 women's-only watches, five do (two day-date, three date), among them the Titan Karishma on a rose gold metal strap and the Fossil Gwen ES4879. None of the six unisex-listed watches lists either, and those six appear under both Men and Women. The three watches strictly in this band are all men's-only, so they add nothing to the women's side.

Brands in this price range

Titan has 65 watches and states a case size on 32 of them, from 21.2 to 51 mm. Fossil has 12, and six of those state no water resistance. Fastrack has nine, three of them unisex-listed. Timex has seven, with India named as the country of origin on six. Sonata has six, all listing 30 m. Casio has four, all naming China. Michael Kors has one, a 33 mm watch with a stainless steel strap.

Buying advice

A list of 104 is long, so cut it before you read it. Pick one brand, one gender label and one strap material, then check what each shortlisted listing leaves out: 35 watches state no case size and 17 state no water resistance. Our how to choose a watch guide explains what each spec line means, and Watches under ₹10,000 is the smaller page if you only want the 90 watches it lists. Before you order, copy the model code and check it against the Amazon title, because near-identical codes can be different watches: the Fossil Decker CH2885 lists 100 m, while the CH2885I lists 30 m.

Common questions

Among the seven brands, which have no watch in this band?

Five of them. Only Titan (one watch) and Fossil (two) sit strictly inside Under ₹20,000. Sonata's six all sit in the Under ₹1,000 tier, Fastrack's nine go no higher than Under ₹5,000, Timex's seven no higher than Under ₹6,000, Casio's four reach Under ₹15,000 and Michael Kors's one is Under ₹10,000.

Is the missing case size spread across every brand?

No. Of the 104 watches, 69 state a case size and 35 do not. Every Fossil (12), Timex (7), Sonata (6), Casio (4) and Michael Kors (1) listing states one. The 35 gaps are 33 Titan listings out of 65 and two Fastrack listings out of nine.

Does Casio list anything other than digital watches here?

Yes, one. The Casio Edifice EFB-730L-7AVUDF is a 40 mm analog on a brown leather strap, with chronograph and world-time features listed. The other three are digital: the Vintage A-158WA-1Q at 32 mm, the Vintage LW-204-1BDF at 38.9 mm and the Youth-Digital AE-1200WHD-1AVDF at 43 mm. All four name China as the country of origin.

What is stated, and what is missing, on the Titan Mechanical Slimline?

The NT90159YM01 listing states an automatic movement, 50 m water resistance, a green dial, a gold-tone stainless steel strap and a 24-month warranty. It states no case size, no case material and no country of origin, and its warranty type is blank. It is the only Titan on this page with an automatic movement.
